Staff
Nick is originally from Martinsville, Virginia. He graduated from Magna Vista High School in 1994 and went on to study Youth Ministry and Counseling at Mid-Atlantic Christian University graduating in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science. He is currently working on his Masters degree at Johnson Bible College, in Knoxville Tenn.
Nick started in full time ministry here at Greensboro Christian immediately following his graduation in 1998, he was the youth minister at GCC from 98'-07'. In October of 2007 he transitioned into the Lead Minister position.
Nick was married to Abbie Jennings in the summer of 2002 and they currently reside in Greensboro. He has been ministering at G.C.C. since May of 1998. Abbie and Nick have two beautiful children, Gus Vipperman was born 4/22/05 and Bliss Ella was born 5/2/07.

Youth Minister
Josh Oldfield
Josh is from Decatur, Illinoise but has lived all over. He is a graduate of Craig County High School in New Castle, VA class of 2001. From there he went on to Johnson Bible College obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2005, majoring in Bible and Preaching and minoring in Youth Ministry.
Josh has served in volunteer and fulltime youth ministry for 9 years in Tennessee, Virginia, and Kentucky. He began his ministry here at Greensboro Christian Chruch in August of 2010.
Josh has been married to his wife Ashley, also a graduate of Johnson Bible College, since October of 2005. Their son, Sawyer, was born in April of 2009.

Daniel Morris: Worship Leader
Daniel has been invloved with music since the age of 3 years old. He has held countless worship and music ministry positions over the past 13 years. Daniel began his first full time music ministry in 2007. Since then he has faithfully transitioned his music ministry to Greensboro Christian Church as Worship Leader/Music Director. Daniel is working toward his Master of Arts in Worship Studies at Liberty University.

Lesa Lyon: Office Ministry
Lesa is originally from Greensboro. She has been our Office Administrator for the last 4 years and a member since 1999. Lesa is married to Michael Lyon and they have two children, Justin Morgan and Caleb. Lesa enjoys cooking and reading as her hobbies. She knows the answer to most questions. She likes to ride motorcycles with her husband.
